All essential information for competitors at Prague Agility Party, taking place 7th–9th August 2026. This page is updated regularly before and during the event.

Three days of agility across 4 rings, in team and individual competitions.

Start lists & Results

Start lists will be published before the event and updated live. We will use the AgiGames result system.

Start lists may be updated before and during the event. Please check this page regularly. All results will be processed online; live results will be available during all runs.

Competition rules

  • Fair play and respect for judges, staff, and fellow competitors are mandatory.
  • Handling ethics and dog welfare come first; any harsh handling or unsafe behavior is not allowed.
  • Follow all ring procedures and instructions from judges and ring crews without argument.
  • Dogs must be on leash at all times, except when competing or warming up in the designated ring.

Veterinary rules

Health basics:

  • Dogs must meet vaccination requirements.
  • Dogs must be healthy and fit to compete.
  • Females in heat must be reported according to instructions.
  • No aggression or signs of illness; organisers may request veterinary verification.

Cooling areas and water are available; cold stables can be used for dogs in crates/boxes.

Essential venue information for competitors

Rings

  • We compete on 4 agility rings.
  • Rings 1–3 are together in the main sand arena.
  • Ring 4 is just a few meters away, slightly separated.
  • Surface: high-quality horse-riding sand with professional maintenance.

Registration

  • Registration point is near the entrance to the main arena.
  • Please complete registration before entering the rings.

On-site registration is mandatory (required to compete) and takes place on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.

Cooling area for dogs

  • Cooling pools for dogs are available near the rings (cooling zone).
  • Dogs must be supervised at all times.

Toilets & showers

  • Toilets with utility water are located on several spots around the rings.
  • Night restrooms and showers are available in the designated building at the stable area.

Restricted zones

! Horse training area: NO ENTRY 5:00–7:30

Entering this zone during the restricted time is strictly forbidden.

Pathways

Use marked pathways to move between parking, registration, tent area, and rings.

FAQ for competitors

When will start lists be published?
They will be released before the event and updated live as needed.

Where can I find results?
In the Start lists & Results section (AgiGames link).

What if I miss my run?
Changing the running order is possible after agreement with the ring steward. You must do it while the course is still being run.

Are dogs allowed in the tent or parking areas?
Yes, but they must be supervised and kept safe.

Is overnight sleeping allowed in tents?
Yes, but only in Parking C; the tent area near the rings is daytime only.

Where can I park my caravan?
Caravan spots must be booked in advance; staff will show you your place on arrival.

Are showers available?
Yes, night restrooms & showers are available.

Is there a cooling area for dogs?
Yes, cooling pools near Rings 1–3.
