4. Competition Categories
The competition is open for all size categories: XS, S, M, I, L.
Categories XS and S will be scored and awarded together.
5. Qualification for Finals
Teams
- In each team qualification run, you will collect points – one point for each defeated competitor.
- 40%* of teams with the most points qualify for the final.
Individuals
- The top 6%* of individuals in each run earn a spot in the final.
- If a competitor placed in a qualifying position has already qualified, the spot passes to the next competitor, but only if they have a maximum of 10 penalty points.
*The number of competitors qualifying for the final is rounded mathematically.

Accepted competitors will receive an e-mail with payment instructions. Your spot is guaranteed for 14 days from the date the payment instructions are sent. After this period, any remaining spots will be offered to other applicants.
Dogs must be at least 18 months old to compete. The competition is open to competitors from all countries.
7. Entry Fee
Early payments – payments received until 31 May 2026:
- 2,500 CZK – competitors from CZ (KAČR members)
- 2,750 CZK – competitors from CZ (non-members of KAČR)
- 110 EUR – international competitors
Payments received between 1 June and 10 July 2026:
- 2,750 CZK – competitors from CZ (KAČR members)
- 3,000 CZK – competitors from CZ (non-members of KAČR)
- 120 EUR – international competitors
Payments received after 10 July 2026:
- 3,000 CZK – competitors from CZ (KAČR members)
- 3,250 CZK – competitors from CZ (non-members of KAČR)
- 130 EUR – international competitors
Cancellation Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable. Competitors may arrange a substitute; changes must be reported to the organisers.
8. Check-in
- Check-in is mandatory to compete.
- It takes place on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning at the entrance to the main arena.
- Competitors must complete check-in before entering the course area.
9. Veterinary Requirements
- Dogs must be clinically healthy (showing no clinical signs of illness).
- Dogs must be accompanied by a vaccination certificate or a valid pet passport.
- Dogs over 6 months of age must have a valid rabies vaccination.
- The organiser reserves the right to request a veterinary inspection if illness or injury is suspected.
- Bitches in season may participate and will run according to the start list. Full responsibility for the bitch in season (including unwanted mating) lies with the owner.
10. Rules and Guidelines for Competitors
Conduct and Fair Play
- Fair play and respect for judges, organisers, and fellow competitors are mandatory.
- Dog welfare and ethical handling come first. Rough handling and dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Unsportsmanlike behaviour towards other competitors, organisers, helpers, or judges may result in disqualification and annulment of results.
Dogs at the Venue
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times, except during runs and warm-up in designated areas.
- Competitors are responsible for keeping their dogs under control and preventing conflicts with other dogs.
- Always clean up after your dog – use the waste bins provided around the venue.
Competition Rules
- Competitors must report to the ring steward at least 5 dogs before their start. Failure to do so will result in being moved to the end of the start list.
- Running earlier than your position on the start list is permitted only with the approval of the course manager and only for a serious reason.
- The organiser or judge may disqualify a team at any time if there are concerns about the dog's health, inappropriate behaviour of the handler towards the dog or judge, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Movement Around the Venue
- Entry to competition courses is strictly prohibited for non-competing persons.
- Do not block entrances, access routes to courses, or escape routes.
- Respect restricted and staff-only zones as indicated by signage.
- Part of the venue is used for horse training in the early morning (05:00–07:30 – entry strictly prohibited).
Safety
- Drones are prohibited over the venue, parking, and camping areas.
- Use only equipment placed or approved by the organisers in warm-up and competition areas.
- Follow safety instructions from organisers, judges, and staff.
Protest
Protests may be submitted in writing together with a non-refundable fee of 20 EUR.
Personal Data
By submitting a registration, the competitor consents to the processing of their personal data, the taking of photographs or audio/video recordings from the event, and the event being broadcasted via livestream and used for promotional and commercial purposes.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, the organiser reserves the right to change the schedule or cancel the competition. Entry fees are non-refundable in such cases.
11. Venue and Facilities
Courses
- 4 courses – courses 1–3 in the main sand arena in front of the grandstand, course 4 nearby.
- High-quality equestrian sand with professional maintenance ensures equal conditions for all competitors.
Facilities
- Toilets – daytime toilets at multiple locations near the courses; night toilets and showers in the building by the stables (available 24/7 for accommodated competitors).
- Cooling pools for dogs at courses 1–3 (dogs must be supervised at all times).
- Stables – option to keep dogs in shaded stables in crates/boxes.
- Food & drink – food truck and refreshment zone at the main arena.
- Retail – dog sports equipment, treats, toys, and accessories.
- Information booth – at the main competition area throughout the event.
Results
- Results system: AgiGames – live results online during all runs.
- Start lists will be published before the event and updated continuously.
12. Accommodation and Parking
Parking
- Public parking directly at the venue near the main entrance.
- Parking outside marked zones or on grass is prohibited.
Caravans and Motorhomes
- Dedicated caravan zone inside the venue with more than 60 spots.
- Spots must be reserved in advance – availability is limited.
- Organisers will assign your spot upon arrival.
- Pricing and reservation details will be published after accepted competitors are announced.
Camping
- Overnight camping in tents is permitted only in parking zone C.
- The tent zone near the courses (inside the main arena) is for daytime use only (shade, rest between runs).
Nearby Accommodation
- The venue is located on the southern edge of Prague, a short distance from the city centre.
- Prague offers a wide range of hotels and accommodation – combine the competition with a city visit.
